Maybe you don’t know what you need, but you know you need help.
Let’s start with a consultation – no cost – and see if we can solve some of your problems. Maybe I’m the right person to help, maybe not. But a conversation is a good way to begin!
Consulting
“Get It Done” Consulting
Let me guess. You have a bunch of IT and/or web-related tasks that you need to check off your list but you aren’t sure how to do them and you’ve been putting them off. Let’s clear those to-dos!
“Get It Done” is a full day (7 hours) or half day (3.5 hours) of dedicated consulting time to work through your questions, settings, and set-ups. We’ll turn off all our interrupt-y devices and get those tech problems out of your way.
“Do Less” Consulting
We all want to do less, but let’s do it right. This consulting will examine your current IT efforts and look for way to minimize and/or automate.
Using Google Analytics and other tools we’ll figure out which of your IT solutions is working for you and which ones aren’t worth the time. We’ll talk about the best places to use your time and look for solutions to use and reuse your IT tools to their best effect.

Frequently Asked Questions
Want to know more about my services or the retainer options? Look for your question(s) below…
What’s included in your retainer hours?
What do you need? We’ll definitely start by talking about expectations, but the nice thing about doing retainers on an hourly basis is that we can be flexible about how the time is used.
That said, some things will not be included. Costs for new services or software purchased on your behalf (with your approval) will be separate. And any major new or custom web work will require a separate contract and hours.
How long are retainer contracts?
What do you need? We can discuss how long the initial contract should be, and if you’re happy once that term is complete we can either renew for a new term or continue on a monthly basis. I’m happy to discuss this more and share the retainer Service Level Agreement to help address questions.
What’s your hourly rate?
It depends on the work I’m doing. My base rate is $75/hour, though the retainer hours offer discounts. My consulting rate for reviewing and reporting on your business’s IT set-up is $65. Some tasks, such as content migration, transcription, image editing, etc. are tracked at lower rates.
All that said, if you need help and my rates seem too high, let’s talk.
What if I want to do my own IT/web work?
Great! I love that!
Any work I do for you is going to include training at the end of the contract term to make sure you’re as ready as you can be to take over. Training done via Zoom will be recorded and those will be shared for future reference. If you would like documentation to assist you with tasks, I’m happy to create that for you at a reasonable rate as well.
This sounds good. What’s the first step?
Let’s begin at the beginning – start by scheduling time for us to talk or dropping me a note. Our initial chat will be to get a sense of what you need and ensure I can help. From there, we’ll start to get a sense for the right kind of contract and term.
Once we have a plan for what we’ll be working on I’ll reach out to begin the onboarding process. We’ll talk about how you and your team prefer to communicate, and how often. We’ll make sure we have a clear timeline and plans for task management. And we’ll work on the details of what we want to achieve together. I want to start on the right foot and lay the groundwork for a successful partnership.
